A spokesman of the company said that during the last days they have accepted a lot of proposals of private bets over Paris Hilton. There were some people who actually wanted to bet on the runaway. However, most of the gambling houses said that they don’t have any offers, because of possible juridical problems.
Paris Hilton, who is 26 years old, removed last week an appeal she had presented against the ruling, after the conviction for driving without a license was reduced to 23 days, almost half of the initial prison time.
Since the young lady cooperated with Justice, she will be able to spend this time in the jail of Lynwood, near Los Angeles, in a section “for special cases”. The sentence will have to be served starting on June 5th.
