Baccarat Strategy and Tips
:: G A M E T I P S ::
Baccarat takes NO SKILL to play and is probably the best game for the player who doesn't want to take the time to develop a skill. The house edge in baccarat is the lowest of any casino game. This fact makes baccarat particularly easy to take a consistent and automatic profit from.

Mathematically, the banker hand has a slight edge on the player hand due to the third card rules. In order to discourage people from just betting banker all of the time, the casino charges a 5% commission each time a player bets the banker AND wins.

Tips:

Do not bet on tie. The payoff is 8 to 1. It is a bad bet for the player as the house edge is 14.1%. Short-term success is more likely for the player, if the player cuts and runs with his/her winnings. Strategy:

A very successful way to play baccarat is to play the trend. Most of the time you will find yourself in trends of several baccarat hands in a row winning for either the Banker hand or the Player hand. You want to capitalize by always being on the correct side of the trend.

Playing the trend to maximize your short term advantage is really simple. If the Banker hand won the last deal your money goes on the Banker hand for the next deal. If the Player hand won the last deal your money goes on the Player hand for the next deal. The only time you lose is when the winning hand switches back and forth between the Player and Banker hands. When the Tie Bet wins, put your money back on the hand you had it on before, as if that deal had never taken place. Never wager on Tie Bet.

Is this a good system? Well, actually, it's no better and no worse than any other system because no matter what you do you'll still have the same casino edge going against you on every bet you make: 1.36% on the player and 1.17% on the banker.

The one good thing about a system like this though is that you don't have to sit there and guess what you want to play each time. Instead, you go into the game knowing how you're going to play and you don't have to blame yourself if your guess is wrong, instead you get to blame it on your system!

Remember, One main reason why people loose consistently is that they rely strictly on luck or with no game plan.
